It is composed:- Extruder base type, max capacity 300 tiles/hour.- 1000 TIGER reinforced aluminium pallet DOUBLE ROMAN type.- Mixer, complete with electric panel, bag breaker, manual opening.- Manual depalletizer to separate roof tile from pallet after curing.- Equipment for the production of ridges, composed of vibrating table with 20 aluminium pallets. Plant come, you take electrical power and start production of 1000 pieces/day.Whit 1,1 kg of cement, 3 kg of sand with correct granulometry you can produce concrete roof tiles without kiln.Perfect for small business ot staring plant.This plan can be upgrade to production of 2000 pieces/day with just buy of another alluminium 1000 mould.
